Back to basics! We’re currently working like mad finishing our proposition. When we say back to basics it’s because we’re concentrating on one single word ‘Energy’, simply because energy is the keyword in any relation to body and mind. We’re here with a mission to build and increase your energy level in several ways so you can improve your lifestyle and lose weight on a long term basis.
Going on a diet is like taking a ride of pain and sacrifice for most people. Even though quite a few succeed it’s only to put on more weight afterwards. Lessons learned? Yes, diets work but typically on a short term basis. Why?

Because:

  • motivation vanishes like smoke
  • the core of our problems is never really identified
  • the rules kill us is if we don’t understand why we’re doing this
  • being overweight is still taboo, we’re embarrassed
  • we could be following a wrong diet
  • passing a certain milestone makes us give up
  • we tend to focus too much on our weight
  • too many offerings, too much information

So, what is iJoule all about then? Think of your mind as an operating system like Windows and your body as the main frame. In order to run software like Photoshop or Word – a computer needs a well functioning frame and operating system. If it’s malfunctioning, the software will crash at some point soon after. The same thing goes for us. To accomplish a mission successfully, in this case a diet, our minds or our operating systems need to be prepared and well functioning. iJoule is that extra dimension to changing lifestyle and dieting – we’re the community that will fix your ‘windows’ and prepare you for long term success.
